• The bot reads a purchase order number from the Excel data input.

Functionality

GL Manual Account Clearing: This function allows us to clear open items on the GL account. It differs from posting with a clearing transaction or a payment in several ways:

• We do not need to enter the document header.
• We can only clear open items from one account at a time.

F.13 (Automatic Clearing) is commonly used for open-item-managed GL accounts, which the system automatically posts. However, some GL accounts are open-item-managed and allow manual postings. One example is Other Non-Current Assets.

Open items can manage this GL account and allow adjustments or manual entries. To clear such GL accounts, use F-03po.
